Frozen Armor vs. Shiver Armor

It is recommended to use Frozen Armor because Shiver Armor needs 3 pre-requirement skill points. Ice bolt, Ice Blast and Frozen Armor. There aren’t many skills left. There is no need to waste on a protective skill. Of course, if you choose to give up part of the fire skills, you can choose the shiver armor.
