Any waypoint of your choice will be given to your character.
This service can be purchased for your own character, a Custom Character or Premade Character.
If it's for your own character, you can either leave your account information (account name, account password, character name, character class) and the waypoint of your choice in the payment note so we can work on it or you can contact our Live Chat support to arrange an in game service.
